The fairs, held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Bay Model Visitor Center in Sausalito, brought together leaders focused on preparing California communities for the increasing frequency and severity of natural disasters. They provided a platform for presenting community needs and projects, while receiving immediate feedback from state and federal agencies.

Hosted by the State and Federal Partners for Coastal Resilience in California, these events aimed to raise awareness about programs designed to assist coastal counties in recovering from recent winter storms and building resilience against future climate-related impacts.

Whether your community or organization is in the early stages of project formulation or already shovel-ready, the resources on our webpage will prove invaluable. In addition, you can connect with peers from other communities, access free tools, and gather support for your locally led resilience planning and implementation efforts.

Don’t let this chance slip away! Visit our webpage here to access the resources and make a difference in building a resilient future for California.
